Our pub has prime position on the course, overlooking the pre-parade ring, with a front row seat of the horses in the saddling boxes as they prepare for their big race. Just a short walk from the winner’s enclosure we’re positioned right in the centre of the racing excitement. Unlike any other dining experience on race days at Chester Racecourse, we offer a relaxed experience, serving refined gastro-fayre.

If you fancy a substantial lunch before the races begin, we will be serving three courses in the pub or conservatory. On sunnier days the conservatory is a prime spot, with a retractable roof; it’s the perfect sun trap.

After you’ve eaten we hold the table for you all day so you can come and go as you please, or if you’d prefer you can stay at your table all day and see the racing live on the TV’s, whilst enjoying table service betting.
